Founded in 2016, Smartworks is redefining the Indian office experience by leveraging its robust phygital platform to deliver tech-enabled, tastefully designed, fully serviced, flexible and affordable workspaces. With over 8 million sq. ft. under management, across 40+ locations in 14 cities (Delhi-NCR, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Jaipur, Indore, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, and Ahmedabad), Smartworks caters to more than 500 organizations across Fortune 500 companies, large enterprises and established unicorns/start-ups.
Harsh is the Co-founder of Smartworks, India’s largest provider of Managed and Flexible Office space to Enterprises. With expertise in management consulting and real estate, he has previously worked with the world’s premier consulting firm, McKinsey in Chicago.
At Smartworks, he has envisioned the overall strategic roadmap of the company, driving product development, customer experience, technology, and marketing.
He is passionate about building a strong culture not only for Smartworks but for the member companies. Analytical, straightforward, and focused, Harsh ensures that Smartworks is on a rapid growth track and delivers value across clients. Harsh is an alumnus of North-western University - Kellogg School of Management, Illinois with an MBA degree in entrepreneurial studies, and an Economics graduate from Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi. He also holds a CFP (Centre for Financial Planning) designation in risk management, investment and retirement planning.
