Smartworks has always been synonymous with innovation and scale, and 2023 was no exception. We achieved a stunning peak of success as our total footprint expanded to a staggering ~8 million square feet, encompassing both operational and pipeline spaces.  Also, we are now operating in 14 cities, adding Kochi and Coimbatore to our portfolio, with an impressive seat capacity of ~160,000 across India. This strategic move helped us to align with our vision of being at the forefront of providing managed workspace solutions where businesses can scale up their operations with ease. 

2. Supply Milestone

We achieved a significant milestone with over 2 million square feet of supply signed. This incredible feat not only underscored agility and responsiveness to market needs but also cemented our position as the preferred choice for enterprises seeking innovative and scalable office solutions. 

3. 150+ Enterprise Clients and 2x Revenue  

The addition of new cities and the influx of over 150+ new enterprise clients showcase the trust and dominance we command in the market. On top of that, 2x revenue growth further emphasises the effectiveness of our business model and the value we bring to our clients. 
 

4. Introduction of Facial Recognition

For us, 2023 was not only about expansion and growth but was also about innovation and engagement. We introduced FR (Facial Recognition) for access and food ordering to enhance convenience and safety for our clients and their employees. This transformative step reflects our dedication to leveraging technology for a seamless workspace experience.
