India’s flex space market is entering a high-growth phase, driven by the rapid expansion of Global Capability Centers (GCCs) and a fundamental shift in how enterprises perceive offices. As GCCs continue to scale across India, they are expected to drive 160–200 million sq. ft. of office demand by 2030, with flex workspaces projected to capture nearly half of that demand.
