They say time flies when you are having fun. We didn’t realize this until last month, when we flipped back through our pages, only to find that it has been two years since our founders, Neetish Sarda & Harsh Binani kickstarted Smartworks.

Smartworks was born as a vision of moving beyond mundane offerings of conventional business centers and co-working spaces. It was about creating office spaces that challenge workplace monotony. A place where people ‘want’ to go and not just ‘have to go’.

Our dream soon turned into a reality with our first office space in Times Square, Gurgaon in April 2016. Since then there has been no looking back! Currently at 1 million sq. ft., with a presence in 9 cities and 15 centers, and catering to 250+ clients across large enterprises, SMEs, start-ups, and freelancers, we are rapidly expanding.

Smartworks, kicked off the new year by inaugurating its very first office space in Chennai. Being India’s largest provider of shared workspaces, Smartworks decided to launch its first bespoke shared workspace centre in Guindy, Chennai.
