Smartworks has leased 166,000 sq. ft to Wolters Kluwer in Pune, highlighting its focus on large enterprise clients. The managed workspace provider reported a 21% year-on-year revenue growth to Rs 424 crore in Q2FY26, while also reducing its gross debt by nearly 45% since its IPO.

Gurugram, November 17,  2025: Managed workspace provider Smartworks has leased 166,000 sq. ft to Wolters Kluwer, a global leader in information, software solutions and services for professionals in Kalyani Nagar, one of Pune’s key micro-markets. The Marisoft campus in Pune is located in a commercial cluster and has tech-enabled workplace infrastructure as part of Smartworks’ campus-led managed office model.

“The 1,000+ seats cohort, which accounted for about 12% of our rental revenue three years ago, has now almost tripled to 35%, driven by our focus on large, enterprise clients and their need for consolidated, experience-led work environments,” said Neetish Sarda, Founder and Managing Director, Smartworks.
