Steps to Delete your Smartworks Mobile App Account : Applicable for Both Android & IOS

Step 1: Click on the Hamburger Menu (3 Horizontal Line) at top left corner of Mobile App

Step 2: Click on the “view Profile” (just below account holder name)

Step 3: Click on the “ellipsis menu” button (3 Horizontal dot) at top right corner of your screen

Step 4: Click on the “Delete Account” appear at the bottom of your mobile screen

Step 5: Click “Yes” on the popup message if you permanently remove your account from smartworks mobile app
