Flexible workspaces provider Smartworks has picked up 3 lakh sq ft on lease at global technology park, commercial property in Bellandur, a BengaluÂru suburb.
The workspace has seating capaÂcity of 6,000 and with this centre, Smartworks’ total footprint in InÂdia has reached 2 million sq ft across 20 centres.
The facility is scheduled to be operational from December 2018.
