Smartworks leases 5.6 lac sq ft at M-AGILE , Pune; India’s single largest flexible office space transaction

In this newest addition, M-AGILE, Smartworks has leased a total of 5.6 lac sq ft, encompassing 8,500+ seats. It is already 40% pre-booked by IT/ITeS, BFSI and manufacturing clients and is scheduled to be operational in September. JLL, India’s leading real estate consultancy firm, facilitated the transaction.
