Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) are two different yet interconnected concepts that create a vital impact on workforce performance and organizational growth. Post Covid-19, many business enterprises are abandoning traditional working methods and opting for a shared workspace to create and implement policies that promote diversity and inclusion in the workplace.  

Providing managed office spaces to your workforce is not enough, the modern-day workforce needs to be valued by their organizations.
